Helmet and basic safety gear, fuel, and a route briefing are included. We recommend closed shoes and a water bottle.

Can we ride in the rain?

Yes—often more fun! Routes are adjusted for safety. If conditions become unsafe, we reschedule or refund.

What should we wear or bring?

Closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a small bottle of water are recommended. We’ll handle the rest.

Is there an age limit for passengers or drivers?

Drivers must be licensed; younger guests can ride as passengers when the unit allows. Contact us with ages and we’ll advise the best setup.

How do deposits and cancellations work?

A 30% deposit confirms your booking. More than 48 hours’ notice receives a full refund; unsafe weather means reschedule or refund.

Where do surf lessons happen?

Playa Pelada or Playa Guiones depending on tides and swell. We’ll message your exact meet point.

Do you teach total beginners?

Absolutely. We start on land for basics and choose a gentle tide window for the safest first waves.

Can families or larger groups join?

What payment methods do you accept and when is the balance due?

Pay the deposit online; the balance is due on arrival (cash preferred, major apps/cards available).

What if something gets damaged on the ride?

We brief you on safe operation and spacing. You’re responsible for reckless damage; we’ll always be fair and transparent.

Do you provide photos or allow GoPros?

Bring your camera or GoPro. Guides can help with photo stops when safe. Ask about local photographers.
